Arakawa Saitama flooded dangerous water level October 13th 3:57

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Japan Meteorological Agency, Arakawa, which flows in Saitama Prefecture, reached the “flooding dangerous water level”, which is a standard for local governments to give evacuation advice at around 1:50 am at an observation station in Saitama City.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Japan Meteorological Agency have issued “inundation risk information” and call for caution in a wide range of watersheds such as Saitama City and Kawaguchi City because there is a risk of inundation due to the bank breakage of Arakawa.
