According to Fukushima Prefecture, the Takashiba Dam in Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture has been released from 11:00 pm because the water level rose due to the record heavy rain. The prefecture calls on residents of the basin to take action to protect their lives because there is a risk of large-scale flooding in the Yodo River flowing through Iwaki City.
