According to Fukushima Prefecture and the Fukushima Local Meteorological Observatory, the Natsui River exceeded the flood risk level at the Ogawa Water Level Observatory in Iwaki City. The prefecture and the meteorological observatory are calling for strict warning by issuing flood risk information at 9:00 pm as there is a risk of levee breaks and floods along the Natsui River in Iwaki City.
