The Sotetsu Line was unable to drive from the first train due to the fact that the train line was cut off near Futabagawa Station, but at 9:30 am, it started to return on the upper and lower lines between Ebina and Seya.
According to the Sagami Railway, the Izumino Line from Yokohama to Seya and from the Futagawa River to Shonandai has been unable to drive, and it is difficult to resume in the morning.
