Tokyu Meguro / Ikegami Line resumed operation September 9, 7:59
Tokyu Corporation had been postponing operation from the first train on all lines, but the Meguro and Ikegami lines resumed operation around 7:30 am. In other sections, we continue to check safety and postpone driving.
