Amid social distancing, drunk driving accidents continue.

At a dinner party, a man who had been drinking and holding the steering wheel had an accident, and the driver of the car in front of me died.

Rescue work is in full swing in a car that has been distorted so that it is difficult to recognize its shape.




At around 9:10 p.m. on the 16th, a Mercedes car, driven by a man in his 40s, collided with the car ahead of him at the Incheon North Port Tunnel.



The accident killed a woman in her 40s, the driver of the car ahead.



The driver of the offending vehicle was drunk to the point where the blood alcohol concentration exceeded the license cancellation level.

police are planning to apply for a warrant for arrest by applying the so-called'Yoon Chang-ho Act', which aggravates the punishment of drunk driving against the offender.

Around 0:35 am this morning, a car driven by a man in his 20s who drank alcohol rushed to a convenience store in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

Until last month, the number of drunk driving crackdowns has decreased slightly from last year, but it is still close to 326 cases a day and 10,000 cases a month.



The police plan to continue cracking down until January of next year to meet the year-end and New Year holidays, including building a petition for passengers in drunk driving vehicles if necessary.
