A man in his twenties was shot dead in the city center of Marseille during the night from Sunday to Monday. According to the first elements of the investigation, four men in a car fled after the incident and their car was found burned in the 4th arrondissement.
If the link with drug trafficking was proven in this case, it would be the second "narchomicide" since the beginning of the year, compared to 14 last year. Around fifty people were killed in 2023 in Marseille in the war between rival gangs for the control of drug trafficking.
