Bilaal is run as a parent cooperative and has preschool operations in Umeå, Gävle and Söderhamn. The Board of Directors previously held the Imam from Umeå who was in custody during the autumn and is now expelled.
In Umeå, Bilaal has two preschools and several times during the late summer and autumn rockets have been made on the board. The municipality has an ongoing owner investigation, similar to the one in Gävle, but when the preschool and elementary school board will make decisions on the matter remains unclear.
The board will meet at the end of the next week, but if the owner's inquiry will be dealt with then Education Director Ann-Christine Gradin does not want to state when the summons to the meeting has not expired yet.
- I don't want to take precedence, but it will be out at the beginning of next week, she says.
