The document says that cultural institutions will be required to return the cost of tickets in the event of a complete cancellation of planned events.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said that the Russians are holding more than 7 million tickets for cultural events that did not take place because of the coronavirus.
He noted that citizens will be able to return money for tickets to canceled events, or if the event is postponed for another period, use a voucher for the same service, but on a different date.
