The UAE Council for Young Adults received more than 90 entries in the creative writing and silent book categories for the third session of the “Creative Fantasy” competition, which was launched by the Council’s “Read, Dream, Innovate” campaign, and was dedicated to children and adolescents from the age of six to 18 years, with the aim of encouraging them Unleash their imagination, creativity in writing or drawing creative stories. The names of the winners will be announced during the activities of the 12th session of the Sharjah Reading Festival for Children, which will be organized between the eighth and the 18th of next April at the “Expo Sharjah”, as the organizing committee of the competition allocated prizes with a total value of 9000 dirhams, 5000 of which go to the first-place owner, And 3000 dirhams for the second-place holder, and 1000 dirhams for the third-place winner.

The competition is dedicated to the winners, in addition to the cash prizes, a gift that includes a collection of valuable books and selected stories, and a certificate of appreciation, in addition to displaying their work on the campaign's website, while the first-place winner has the opportunity to meet with a writer in the field of children's literature, in addition to inviting him to attend all the workshops Organized by the Council.
