A man in his 60s who stabbed a passerby while drunk was arrested by the police in Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province.
Gyeongbuk Gumi Police Station is currently arresting and investigating Mr. A, who stabbed a drunken passer-by with a weapon today (21st) on charges of attempted murder.
Mr. A is accused of stabbing and injuring Mr. B, a man in his 50s, on the street in Sangmo-dong, Gumi City at around 4:30 pm today.
Mr. B is receiving treatment at the hospital and is known to have no problems with life.
The police believe that Mr. A committed the crime while intoxicated and will investigate detailed motives as soon as he sobers up.
