Two Israelis were injured in a stabbing attack in Beersheba and the perpetrator was martyred. The Israeli police said that two injured people were transferred to Soroka Hospital.
According to eyewitnesses, a person began stabbing passers-by inside the station, and managed to stab at least one person before shooting him. In light of the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip for nearly 6 months, stabbing and shooting operations have occurred in the past weeks in the occupied West Bank and inside the Green Line targeting soldiers and settlers.
