It has been confirmed that a 31-year-old Mo, who was arrested on charges of murdering a colleague, a female station worker in her 20s, in the women's restroom at Sindang Station on Seoul Subway Line 2 tried to withdraw her deposit on the day of the crime.

According to the Seoul Central Police Station, about 8 hours before the crime, around 1:20 pm on the 14th, Jeon tried to find 17 million won at an ATM near his house.

However, it was found that the actual withdrawal was not made due to exceeding the one-time limit, and the police are investigating whether Jeon was trying to use it as an escape fund after the crime.

Jeon is known to have stated that he had planned the crime for a long time in the police investigation.

It was investigated that he committed a crime while waiting for the victim in front of the toilet for over an hour after taking the subway to Sindang Station with a disposable ticket instead of a transportation card that leaves a record at Gusan Station on Line 6.

The police are looking at the circumstances in which the crime was carefully planned, such as preparing his weapon in advance and wearing a disposable sanitary cap at the time of the crime.

Earlier, the court issued an arrest warrant for Jeon the day before, saying, "There is a risk of destroying evidence and running away."

After leaving the courthouse after the 27-minute warrant review at the Seoul Central District Court, Jeon briefly responded, "I'm really sorry," to the reporter's question, 'Do you have anything to say to the victim?'
