According to the current medical law, the medical law stipulates that a prescription should not be issued to a patient without a doctor who directly observed or optometrist.

At the first trial held in May of last year, Mr. A was sentenced to six months in prison and two years of probation, but appealed on the grounds that the sentence in the original trial was too heavy.

Person A claimed, "I was worried that the situation would worsen due to the inmates complaining of suicide and self-harm, etc., so I issued a prescription."

The appellate court dismissed the appeal, saying, "The defendant claimed that he did not know that the prescription was illegal, but it seems that the defendant was aware of this based on the contents of the letter sent to the inmates and the statement of the defendant's investigation agency."
