A 30-year-old father who stepped on his 9-year-old son several times in anger for playing games without studying has been arrested by the police.

The Dobong Police Station in Seoul booked a 36-year-old man A without detention on charges of physical abuse under the Child Welfare Act.

Person A is accused of assaulting her son B, who is attending elementary school, at a villa in Ssangmun-dong around 9 pm on the 20th, saying that he only plays games.

It was investigated that he grabbed his son's head and knocked him down, saying, "Get out of here," and stepped on him several times.

The police, who responded to the report, accompany A to the police box voluntarily.

In addition, group B was separated as a temporary shelter.

A police official said, "According to the guidelines for handing over the case of child abuse under the age of 13, we plan to hand over the case to the Women's Youth Crime Investigation Unit of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency for investigation."
