Alicante Ciudad del Arroz

(gastronomic brand of the Alicante City Council), Madrid will host a culinary conference, organized by the Alicante Restaurant Association , whose objective is to transfer to the Forum the best of the rice world.

From today, Tuesday 19, and until Thursday 21, renowned chefs with establishments in Alicante -specialized in cooking this cereal- will prepare in seven

different recipes (

mountain, coastal, garden

, dry, soup) cooked in paella, in a cauldron, in a clay pot ... All with rice as the protagonist and available in the food service.

Go for it. La Ancha - an emblematic Madrid house run by Nino Redruello, the fourth generation of the same family - welcomes the great work of

and Maestral, that beautiful villa that bets on the product and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The recipe presented in these sessions is a rice with red mullet and spinach.
