Last month, on an uninhabited island in Incheon, dozens of foreigners were known to have a party without even wearing a mask, causing controversy. The police arrested a fisherman who transported people on fishing boats without qualification, but foreigners who did not follow the quarantine rules and the person who hosted the event did not even make a case, but changed their position when the coverage began.

This is reporter Han Seong-hee's report.
