A man in his 60s, with a whopping 48 offenses prior to fraud, committed another fraudulent crime, was sentenced to jail, and became 49 offenders.

Judge Soo-young Soo-young, the third exclusive criminal officer of the Chuncheon District Law, announced today (15) that he sentenced A (60), who was accused of habitual fraud, to 10 months in prison.

On February 24, the day after he was released after serving six months for habitual fraud, Mr. A ate 17,000 won worth of food and alcohol at a jokbal restaurant in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, and did not pay.

Just three days later, another store said, "I'll pay for the food later," and ate 66,000 won worth of chicken, 1 beer, and 2 soju.

Judge Jung ruled, "We took into account the fact that there were 48 criminal convictions of the same type, including criminal convictions, the fact that the crime was committed the day after the end of the sentence and did not appear to have a remarkable compliance consciousness, and that the amount of damage was not large."
