My adoptive father, A, met a victim two years ago while volunteering at a nursery school and adopted it in August of last year.

In less than a year of adoption, the child was severely abused.

Adoption agencies are required to follow up for a year, and they visited the home once and conducted two phone consultations.

However, the evaluation ended with'no special matters' saying that an attachment relationship with the parents was formed, and the abuse situation was not found.

Old bruises were found all over the body of the child who was brought to the hospital unconscious, and the adoptive parents were known to have revealed the facts of corporal punishment only after medical staff asked about the abuse.

The child is not yet conscious.

The stepfather stated in a police investigation that the child had been assaulted three times in five days before being taken to the hospital.

I hit my face and body several times with my hand, fist, and wooden shoehorn.

The police are investigating whether the stepfather is further abused, while also investigating whether there are any circumstances of the abuse of four biological children.

She also charged her adoptive mother for abuse and neglect.

The court is scheduled to hold a substantive examination of the warrant for a stepfather who has been charged with an arrest warrant for child abuse and serious injury.
