It was investigated that Mr. A committed his first crime in June 2019. At about 4 am, Mr. A climbed up to the second floor on the gas pipe installed on the outer wall of a villa in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, opened a window, looked inside, and broke into the house when no one was present.

After discovering that the victim was not at home between 4 and 5 a.m., Mr. A was found to have invaded the victim's house 12 times in a year until June 2020.



During the last crime, Mr. A stole 5 pieces of the victim's clothing, unlike usual, and the tail was caught.

When the clothes disappeared, the victim, who noticed that there was a thief, reported to the police, and A's past intrusions were revealed at once.



The judge ruled, "The number of crimes is high and the content is not very good," but said, "However, the accused has no criminal record, confessing and reflecting, age, etc., and decided on a sentence."
