<Reporter> On a

dark night, a boat is floating upside down on the water surface.

The strong waves and strong rains make the boat sway from side to side as if it would turn over at any moment.

Yesterday at 7:40 pm, a report was reported that a 39-ton trawler was overturned at about 2.6 km northwest of Jeju Port in Jeju Island.

It is known that at the time of departure as a 32-person Minho, a trawl fishing vessel of Hallym Shipping, 4 Korean sailors including the captain and 3 Indonesian sailors were on board.

The Coast Guard dispatched five ships and one helicopter to search and found the overturned ship at around 9:10 pm.

Ten minutes later, rescuers knocked on the hull to check the internal reaction and then attempted to dive into the ship several times, but it was said to have failed.

At night, strong winds and high waves at a speed of 20m per second are making rescue work difficult.

[Marine officials: If you get on a trap, the player is locked and the wave rises to the top.] The

hull is in a state of being damaged by hitting the breakwater of Jeju Port due to waves and wind.

In order to prevent the sinking of overturned fishing boats, the Coast Guard has installed air bags around the ships and conducts a search of nearby seas in case crew members are drifting.
