There is a technique called 'deep fake'. Even if you have a picture of a person's face, you can put it on the wrong video, but it's real and not different. The problem, however, is that some people make pornography with this technology. There are voices saying that these people are punished, but even those who have video are to be punished.

These are videos made with so-called 'deep fake' technology that combines the faces of a specific person into completely different images.

Deepfake technology is being used to synthesize acquaintances or celebrity faces into pornography. Recently, Korean and Chinese IT developers have been producing and distributing deepfake pornography that synthesized over 100 Korean celebrities, and the police are investigating.

The National Assembly revised the Sexual Violence Punishment Act last month to include punishment for deep-fake crimes, but only those who produced and distributed deep-fake pornography were punished.

In the course of the discussion of the bill, I was controversial as to whether or not members of the National Assembly, such as lawmakers, should punish them only for having pornography, but the victims remained embarrassed.

[Deep fake victims of pornography: I don't understand why you have such a video. I think it is the same crime that you have. I think all of them should be punished.] When the

government recently announced measures to eradicate digital sex crimes, it said that it would also establish new punishment provisions for possession of sexual crimes such as deep fakes. It will be noticed.
