The Pan-People's Fighting Headquarters, led by Rev. Moon Jae-in, a government condemnation rally held in Gwanghwamun on 3 October, led by Pastor Kwang-Hoon Jeon.

Police recently said they have banned all pastors from alleged violations of the law.

The pastor has never responded to the police's request for attendance four times.

The police, which had previously seized the pantobone office and cell phones, said they are considering applying for an arrest warrant if the pastor continues to refuse attendance.

The pastor has been accused of inciting him to refer to the arrest of the president at the time of the meeting, and also of violating the Donation Act by collecting donations even though it was not a religious event.

Recently, a remark at a rally in front of the Blue House was in controversy.

[President Kwang-Hoon Jeon / President of Korea Christian Federation: Don't get stuck, God dies for me. I'm close to God like this.]

The former pastor argued that this was a demonistic editorial that did not take into account the context of the remarks and was never blasphemy.

The pastor said he has never encouraged violence and will not attend police.
