From now on, we will continue the prosecutor's investigation aimed at the Blue House and the contents of our report. The prosecution first reported that the prosecution had secured a situation where an administrator from the Blue House, who was dispatched to the Blue House, telephoned a local investigator shortly after the Blue House spy came down to Ulsan Police regarding the controversy over the Ulsan market at the time of the local election. We will be investigating what conversations are coming soon.

In October 2017, eight months before the local elections, the head of Ulsan Regional Police Officer Hwang Un-ha replaced the investigating team investigating allegations of corruption related to Kim Young-hyun's brother, Mayor Ulsan.

The suspicions that police were investigating were included in the same month's report by the deputy mayor of Ulsan City, Song, Byeong-gi, to the executive officer of the Blue House.

One month later, in November 2017, the Blue House delivered the intelligence containing the allegations to the National Police Agency, and another month later, on December 29, 2017, the intelligence was delivered to the Ulsan Police Agency.

A few days later, the prosecution secured a situation where an A executive at the Blue House Civil Affairs Office called on one of the investigation team police officers replaced by Hwang Un-ha.

Administrator A called the officer and asked if there was any complaint about Kim's corruption and his replacement.

The prosecution suspects that after the Blue House was informed, it might have tried to see if a full-time investigative team that could be dissatisfied with the personnel knew whether or not they were informed.

In contrast to the Blue House's explanation that it simply delivered the report, it is judged that the Blue House was trying to investigate the situation after the espionage was made.

The prosecution will soon call the police officer to investigate.

However, more than 10 Ulsan police have recently notified the prosecution.
