The Fujairah Chess and Culture Club won the first place in the General League Championship for the U-18 category and the second place for the U-12 category at the end of the competitions held in the Dubai Chess Club under the supervision of the UAE Chess Federation, with the participation of 200 players from chess clubs in the country.

Director of Players Affairs Jassim Al Balushi stated that the club's players achieved victory over all competing clubs with a single draw without any loss in the under-18 category, and also won in the under-12 category in all rounds against one loss.

Pointing out that the club participated with players Ammar Al-Sidrani, Muhammad Al-Laili, Khalifa Al-Hafiti and Youssef Al-Tayeb in the U-18 category, and the club was represented in the U-12 team by Amer Al-Laili, Muhammad Al Ali, Hamad Al-Marashda, Saud Al-Kaabi and Hamdan Al-Marashda.
