Long distance star Jonna Sundling has not been able to compete so far this season.

But now she is approaching a comeback.

- I feel good now.

I have resurrected.

It only took a month.

It is very tough.

I had a cold that lasted longer than usual so I have had to be very patient.

But now I'm up and running, so it's nice, she says.

The competition comeback can happen as early as next weekend, but it will not be in the World Cup, but in such cases in the Scandinavian Cup in Östersund.

In the World Cup, she will be back at the beginning of next year.

- As soon as possible, I want in, but I have to think long-term and what is best for me.

It is important to have some ice in the stomach.

I think I'll have to wait a little longer for the World Cup.

Sundling talks about her current physical status:

- I have started training well.

The body feels better and better every day.

Maybe I don't think I'm in any world champion shape.

But it's getting better and I'm just happy to be skiing now.

Ideally, I would have liked to be on the starting line in Beitostölen today, but that will have to wait a little longer.
