Johan Häggström falls in his first sprint final of the season. He fell after a collision with Erik Valnes in Falun.

Stavås Skistad won the women's final in the classic sprint in the city. The final took place in front of a crowd of 2,000 people in the Falun city centre. The men's final was won by Kläbo, who beat Vourinen, Amundsen and Northug. The women won the final with Svahn, Sundling, Ribom and Gimmler.
