Russian sports organizations such as skating and gymnastics have filed a lawsuit with the Court of Arbitration for Sport, dissatisfied with the fact that international sports organizations do not allow Russian athletes to participate in international competitions as a measure against military invasion of Ukraine. ..

According to the CAS announcement, Russian skates and gymnastics, as well as biathlons, boats and rugby competition groups have filed suits.



In all of these competitions, the International Sports Federation does not allow Russian athletes to participate in international competitions as a measure against Russia's military invasion of Ukraine, as recommended by the IOC = International Olympic Committee.



This time, each competition group that has filed a complaint with CAS is dissatisfied with this measure.



Regarding the measures following the series of military invasions, the Russian Olympic Committee has also complained about the decision of the European Olympic Committee to exclude Russian athletes from the European Youth Games held in March.
