The IPC has published the rules for the participation of Russians and Belarusians in the Paralympics in Paris. They will only be able to compete in individual competitions and in neutral status.
State symbols cannot be used at the tournament. delegations from these countries will not be allowed to attend the opening and closing ceremonies of the Games. The Russian Paralympic Committee is much more concerned about the fact that members of the organization’s executive committee cannot go to the tournament in any way, including as support staff.
