Yesterday, the curtain came down on the draw for the 2022 World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 21 to December 18, and the groups and confrontations that will be witnessed were revealed.

FIFA also published the dates of the matches and the stadiums it hosts, and only the financial prizes that will be awarded to the teams participating in the Qatar World Cup are left.

Here are the details of the financial prizes, which totaled more than 440 million dollars:

  • World Cup Champion:

    $42 million.

  • Runner-up:

    $30 million.

  • Third place:

    $27 million.

  • Fourth place:

    $25 million.

  • Positions 5-8:

    $17 million per team.

  • Positions 9-16:

    $13 million per team.

  • Places 17 to 32:

    $9 million per team.

FIFA also gives all the teams qualified for the World Cup finals in Qatar $1.5 million, in order to prepare for the World Cup.
