After nearly 20 days of design, production and cutting, Wan Xiaoli, a handicapped paper-cut artist from Fucheng County, Hebei Province, completed the creation of the Winter Paralympic-themed paper-cut works, sending blessings to the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympics.

  The series of Winter Paralympic works created by Wan Xiaoli is divided into six single works, each 25 cm square, with red as the bottom, snowflake shape, with the yellow Winter Paralympic sports icons in the middle, and small white snowflakes embellishing them. .

  As an intangible cultural heritage in Hebei Province, Fucheng paper-cut has artistic styles such as yin and yang, smooth lines, simple colors, bright images, and ingenious knife work. The materials include silk, cloth, silk paper, and rice paper.
