During Tuesday night's meeting against Slovakia, the national team can take its fifth straight victory in the World Cup qualifiers and in that case has played 23 matches without losing in regular time.

In addition to the meager penalty loss against Canada in the Olympics, Sweden fell in the extra time game against the Netherlands in the World Cup semifinals 2019. The last time the team lost in regular time was in the same World Cup tournament and the premiere against the United States.

That's 2.5 years ago.

Bayern Munich professional Hanna Glas talks about self-confidence as an important part of the national team's success time and time again in recent years.

- It feels like we become more cocky and have more faith in ourselves.

It's fun to see how it has developed over the past year.

If you look at the United States, they have been extremely successful and have always had cockiness.

Before the World Cup, they had already booked their way all the way to a final and in Sweden we have been careful.

It is so important to believe in yourself.

You get more out of yourself both as an individual and as a team, says Glas and, like many other players, highlights the joy of playing in the national team.

- We have so much fun together.

We enjoy every day.

A lot comes from the management staff and our sports psychologist has worked a lot with it.

Somewhere it comes from the leaders who set a good climate.

We have fantastic people on the team who help to contribute.

Another factor: the winning skulls.

- There are extremely many of these in this team and it contributes.

Everyone wants the best for the group and we work extremely well as a unit and help each other get the best out of us.

What can stop you?

- I would say ourselves.

we are so good and have shown it for so long and are so strong.

But that is if we were to put hooks on ourselves in any way.

Sweden has four straight victories in the World Cup qualifiers and will meet Slovakia on Tuesday night.

It is broadcast on SVT2 and on SVT Play from 18.50.
