The European Championship rematch against France resulted in two losses for Sweden.

The gross squad has gone from 17 players to the final 14 who will play the European Championships.

Sweden's big star, Isabelle Haak, is in the squad, and despite Sweden performing in the qualifiers where they beat a strong Ukraine, Ulric Svensson believes that the most important thing is that they have reasonable requirements.

Considering that Sweden is the worst ranked in the championships.

- A reasonable goal is to move on from the group game, it's tough.

We are at that level, so it feels very good, says stf.

national team manager Ulric Svensson at a press conference.

And even though it is a young squad, many have experience abroad.

- We have a fantastic squad that develops daily before our eyes, and we know that we have one of the world's best players in the team, says Svesson.

"A cool experience"

Not least Haak, who plays for Vakifbank Spor Kulübü in Turkey on a daily basis.

Sweden will face Turkey already in the group game where several of the nail's teammates play on a daily basis.

But what does she think about the fact that Sweden is making its first championship in 38 years.

- It will be a very cool experience.

I have not done so many championships, but you get into a different mood and get more motivation.

It's just cool to be in place, says Haak.

The European Championships will be decided between 18 August and 4 September.

SVT broadcasts all of Sweden's matches plus the semi-finals and final.

Sweden will play its premiere match against Finland on 19 August.
