The China Digital Ice and Snow Games uses online e-sports and offline immersive experience activities to drive people into, learn about, and participate in ice and snow.
The "e-sports + ice and snow" model is also a new attempt to popularize ice and snow sports.
At the event, Ni Huizhong, director of the Winter Games Center of the State General Administration of Sports, announced the opening of the finals; well-known e-commerce anchor Wei Ya was awarded the title of "Ice and Snow Ambassador" and sent blessings to the contestants.
