Mathlouthi and Hefni are attending Zamalek training, in preparation for the Senegalese Toungit

Tunisian Hamza Mathlouthi and his colleague, Ayman Hefni, attended the Egyptian team training Zamalek in preparation for the Senegalese Toungit in the sixth and final round of the fourth group of the African Champions League.

The official Zamalek website stated that Mathlouthi participated in the team's collective training after completing its qualifying program to recover from the injury he had suffered in the ankle.

On the other hand, Ayman Hefny participated in group training after the medical device gave him the green light to return to the stadiums after he finished his qualifying program.

The team is preparing to face Senegalese Tongit, scheduled for next Saturday, in the sixth and final round of the African Champions League group stage.

Zamalek occupies third place in Group D with five points, three points behind second-placed Mouloudia of Algeria, while Tunisia's Esperance, who has already clinched its qualification for the quarter-finals, tops the Senegalese Toungit standings with four points.

Zamalek needs to beat Toungit in exchange for MCA's loss against Esperance Tunisia in the match that brings them together on the same day.
