24-year-old Andersson is heavily qualified.

During last year's season, he scored 14.7 points on average and was named both Forward of the Year and Defender of the Year in the men's league.

This meant that he got a professional contract with Italian Varese, but it was broken in December and since then Andersson has trained with Luleå.

- I have not received any new attractive offers from abroad.

At the same time, I have always enjoyed Luleå.

I do not see it as a defeat to come back here, says Andersson, who goes directly into the team, to Luleå's website.

He has played five seasons with the club.

- We have had contact with Denzel during the time he has been at home.

When an opportunity opened up, it is obvious that we will take it.

It will be a great reinforcement for us, says BC Luleå's club director Lars Mosesson.

Luleå is fifth in the league and plays at home against Borås on Friday in the next match.
