Football star Neymar (29, Paris Saint-Germain), who is known to have planned and canceled a New Year's party amid the risk of the spread of Corona 19, eventually held a meeting with family and acquaintances on a reduced scale.

Through his Instagram, Neymar revealed how he was preparing for a small New Year's party, and then posted photos and videos taken with the attendees.

He emphasized that "500 people will not attend," explaining that the new year will be celebrated by complying with social distancing from family and friends who have been tested for corona19 diagnosis.

He and his son were tested for Corona 19 and took pictures of a long table with dishes placed at regular intervals.

Earlier, European media such as Marca, Spain and Le Parisian, France, reported that Neymar plans to hold a New Year's party with 150 to 500 people at his mansion in Mangarachiba, near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The spread of Corona 19 in Brazil was serious, and when the news was announced, criticism arose at home and abroad, and local prosecutors also launched an investigation.

Neymar argued that the large-scale party was untrue, but Brazilian media said he canceled the controversy and changed plans to meet the New Year with family and friends.
