Spain's Atletico Madrid football club resumed training today, without defender Renan Lodi, who remained at home after the result of positive tests for the Coruna virus.

The Brazilian defender was the only player whose test result was positive for Atletico Madrid, after tests this week.

The club posted photos of the Woody through one of the club's accounts on social media, along with a comment: "He sends his regards to us from his home. Soon we will see you on the field, Renan."

The examinations are carried out on the 20 clubs active in the Spanish first division.

Barcelona returned to training yesterday without any positive tests for any player. There was no Real Madrid injury either. The team will return to training next Monday.

The players train in isolation in the first stage of the return of Spanish football. Within a week, the training is expected to evolve to take place between a group of 6 to 8 players.

June 13 will be the date on which the league's president, Javier Tipas, hopes to resume the season.
