This was reported on the official WADA website.

The court ruled that the issues raised by Russian riders mainly relate to the sport and jurisdiction of the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS). In addition, such appeals to the courts can undermine the Olympic movement.

Prior to this, cyclists Dmitry Strakhov, Kirill Sveshnikov, and Dmitry Sokolov, because of McLaren’s report on doping in Russian sports, were suspended from OI 2016, and they appealed to the CAS, but it was rejected.

It was previously reported that CAS will not hold hearings in the RUSADA case until May 1.
