WADA punished 250 Russian athletes based on Moscow laboratory data. Another 32 athletes have been charged, while 106 cases remain under investigation.
WADA Executive Committee, based on information received from a special independent compliance committee, decided that in the fall of 2022 it was revealed that the World Anti-Doping Code is not fully integrated into Russian legislation. RUSADA expressed disagreement with the deprivation of its status of compliance with the WADA code. Previously, the IOC and WADA opposed the creation of an Olympics with permitted doping.
