Granqvist started the season as head of sports in Helsingborg, but now he has skipped that assignment to focus solely on football. He admits that the season has not gone as he intended.

- Very upside down. It started out well, I think, but then I went in pain in the groin which got worse and worse. In the end, it was no longer possible and then it has been from time to time.

What do you say about the team's season then?

- Very mixed. Now it looks more or less clear. We probably need one more point, but the goal was that we would be in the Swedes and it looks like we will solve it.

"Well, that's what sells"

Some votes have been raised that Granqvist should no longer have a place in Sweden's starting eleven and those votes did not become quieter after the cross against Norway. The midback believes that there are sometimes nuances in the criticism.

- That's probably general. It is a little bit that when you get praise it is very positive and when you make some mistakes it becomes negative. You have to live with this, this world, but sometimes it can be a little more nuanced. But, that's what sells.

Sweden is currently second in their European qualifying group behind Spain and one point ahead of Romania.
