Stop driving from the first train to around noon on some sections of the JR Suigun Line and Joban Line

According to the JR East Mito branch office, the Suigun Line will suspend operation from the first train to around noon on the up and down lines between Hitachi-Daigo Station in Ibaraki Prefecture and Asakanagamori Station in Fukushima Prefecture.

The Joban Line is a vertical line from Haranomachi Station in Fukushima Prefecture to the north, and the operation is suspended from the first train to around noon.

Due to this effect, the limited express "Hitachi" from Ueno to Sendai and from Sendai to Shinagawa will be suspended from Iwaki Station to the north.
