Ibaraki Hitachi Omiya Flooding at Kuji River October 13th 6:07
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Hitachi River National Highway Office and the Mito Regional Meteorological Observatory announced that flooding occurred in the Ogura and Tomioka areas of the Kuji River flowing through Hitachi-Omiya City at 5:20 am.
The national government and the meteorological observatory have announced the flood occurrence information corresponding to the highest level 5 out of 5 levels of alert levels in these areas, and are calling for maximum alert.
