According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, in the vicinity of Taku City, Saga Prefecture, a severe rain of about 110 mm was observed in the hour until 4 am by radar analysis. As the danger of disaster is imminent, the Japan Meteorological Agency has called for “record short-time heavy rain information” to ensure safety.
