China News Service, April 8. According to "Russia Today" (RT), on the 7th local time, regarding the terrorist attack on the Moscow Concert Hall, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) stated that Ukraine has prepared two escape routes for terrorists. . The interrogation video released by the FSB showed that the suspects confessed and Ukraine promised to provide them with payment.

In the early morning of March 25, local time, the Basman District Court in Moscow, Russia approved the arrest of four people suspected of direct involvement in the terrorist attack on the "Krokos City" concert hall in Moscow State, namely Mirzoev and Rachabali. Zoda, Fariduni and Faizov.

According to reports, on March 22, a terrorist attack occurred at the "Krocus City" concert hall in the Red Mountain District of Moscow State, Russia, killing 145 people and injuring more than 500 people.

Russia said the suspect was arrested while trying to flee to Ukraine by car after the incident. More suspects were arrested in the days that followed, mostly from Tajikistan.

According to public interrogation videos, the suspects said they were acting on the instructions of a man named "Sayfullo". The FSB is currently investigating the identity of "Saiflo".

The suspects also claimed that "Saevlo" instructed them to flee to Ukraine, where they claimed that each of them could receive 1 million rubles (approximately RMB 78,262).

One suspect said, "Saevlo told us that someone would be waiting for us at the Ukrainian border and they would help us cross the border and reach Kiev."

Investigators said the suspect was taking the M3 highway leading to the Ukrainian border, but was eventually intercepted about 140 kilometers away from the Sumy region of Ukraine.

Another suspect said they were told to "abandon the car near the border" and later called their contact to request further instructions on how to cross the border into Ukraine.

Russian officials previously stated that Ukraine had conducted "mining activities" in its border areas to ensure two possible escape routes. Investigators said the suspects planned to destroy their vehicle and cross the border on foot using wooded areas as cover.

Russia's Investigative Committee said earlier this week that it had found allegedly "pro-Ukrainian" photos on the phone of one of the suspects.

According to a previous report by Ukraine's UNIAN news agency, Podolak, an adviser to the Ukrainian presidential office, denied Russia's claim that the West and Ukrainian intelligence services were involved in the Moscow terrorist attack.
