The Local Police of Palencia has taken a 21-year-old woman to the hospital with serious

bites on her arm and leg

caused by her ex-partner's dog, a 27-year-old man, who has been arrested for

breaking the restraining order

that had in force towards the young woman.

The events occurred early Sunday morning in a

hospitality establishment on Inés Moro Street

in the capital of Palencia, where a Local Police patrol went after receiving notice that there was a strong argument between several people.

As stated in the Local Police report on Monday, the agents identified the owner of the establishment, a 48-year-old woman, her 27-year-old son, and his ex-partner, a 21-year-old girl.

According to the Police, the latter had a multitude of bites caused by her ex-partner's dog, the most serious on an arm and a leg, with

heavy bleeding, so the agents performed some initial dressings on her

and made a

tourniquet

before transporting her. in one of the police vehicles to the Rio Carrión Hospital.

The Police verified that the man and owner of the dog has a restraining order from his ex-partner, which is why he was arrested for violating it.

The man's mother has also been arrested

for attacking law enforcement officers during the performance.
