In March this year, the "Implementation Plan for Guangzhou City to Support the Construction of an Artificial Intelligence Large Model Application Demonstration Zone in Haizhu District" (referred to as the "Implementation Plan") was officially issued and implemented. This is the first domestic plan focusing on the development of the industry's large model industry. The "Implementation Plan" proposes to fully promote Haizhu District to build a domestic leading artificial intelligence large model application demonstration area, and strive to promote the in-depth application of artificial intelligence large models in more than 8 industries by 2026, and promote no less than 30 typical application scenarios and select 50 benchmark companies have been established and more than 5,000 reserve algorithms have been established, driving the main business revenue of the demonstration area to exceed 500 billion yuan, becoming the country's leading application demonstration highland, policy highland and talent highland.
Haizhu District aims at AI+ new industrialization, games, fashion, marketing, transportation, medical, government affairs, finance and other industry large model tracks, and accelerates the development of targeted investment through authoritative lists, institutional venture capital linkage investment, and application scenario cooperation investment. So far, 21 large-scale model application projects have been implemented in the district.
