It is noted that the event will be attended by representatives from 80 to 100 countries, mainly from the so-called Global South.
An unnamed representative of the Swiss Foreign Ministry said that it is necessary to listen to these countries, since they “play a key role in including Russia in the process.”
“That is why we are in close contact with China, India, Brazil, South Africa and Saudi Arabia,” he added.
Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky said that not all countries want to participate in the summit on Ukraine in Switzerland.
