“No threats of violation of the safety limits of the Zaporizhzhya NPP have been recorded. Unfortunately, despite all the calls to the Ukrainian Armed Forces to stop terrorist acts, shelling of the station and its infrastructure continues. And this can affect the safe operation of the nuclear power plant,” the station reported.

On April 7, Ukrainian troops fired at the dome of the sixth power unit of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant in Energodar. International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors confirmed at least three hits at the site for the first time since November 2022.
