Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, to monitor compliance with law and order in flood zones.
In the Orenburg region, flood water approached the embankment of the railway tracks on the Nikel - New City section.
